Twiggle is looking for an passionate and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for sales looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. As one of the early members of the sales development team, you will have the ability to directly impact Twiggle’s business.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Twiggle's customers are the largest e-commerce enterprises in the world. Currently, Twiggle’s primary focus is the US market, as such you will need to cater to these hours.
Initiate contact with inbound leads
Research accounts, identify key people, generate interest and establish relationships with decision makers
Build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline
Update the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping
Assess the prospected customer's needs, explain Twiggle’s solutions, and qualify the prospect
build out presentation decks, gather contact information & nurture contacts post-opportunity
Utilize our sales database and prospecting tools to manage your pipeline and maintain accurate information about suspects, prospects, and their companies
B.A./B.SC. from a leading university
Prior experience in a similar role- advantage
Saas experience - big advantage
